I went from being Project Manager to Operations Manager for Helexia Italy and today I have the pleasure of being Head of Operations in the International Development team for the new countries we open. Over the years, we’ve built strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues around the world. It’s a testament to our collaborative spirit and shared commitment to advancing clean energy solutions. Head of Operations – International Development Team My journey at Helexia began as a VIE Business Development Engineer, and it’s been an incredible ride. I had the opportunity to work on international renewable energy projects from day one. The VIE program provided me with valuable experience and allowed me to prove my skills. When I was offered a full-time position as International Project Manager, it felt like a natural progression, and I’m thrilled to continue contributing to Helexia’s global expansion. International Project Manager – International development team Working in Helexia’s Asset, Sales, Investment & Funding (ASIF) department has been an exciting experience. It’s where we shape the financial strategies that drive our renewable energy projects. Every day, I get to collaborate with a diverse group of experts, from business developers to project managers, to make our green energy initiatives a reality. Investment Associate – ASIF Team We do our best to recruit amazing talents and personalities, nourish professional development and create positive work atmospheres. We are a growing organization with tremendous challenges ahead. This means great changes and still, we collectively manage to keep and cherish our very “Helexian spirit”.
